Hi,I’m SHINO.

I would like to introduce diving and sightseeing in Ishigaki Island, and special dishes.

I live in Tokyo.

I go directly from Haneda Airport to ShinIshigaki Airport.

 FamilyMart

FamilyMart is a convenience store.

I went to FamilyMart near the 730 intersection.

There are a lot of Okinawan items.

My recommendation is “Genki cool”.

Genki Cool is a special drink of Ishigaki Island.

CHINSUKO is a famous Okinawan snack.

 

There is also KOKUTO ice cream.

CHINENSYOUKAI have famous foods.

It is”ONISASA”

Onisasa is a soul food that was devised by high school students in Ishigaki Island.

How to make

1. Take fried chicken in a plastic bag.

2. Add the sauce and mayo.

　I think soy sauce and mayo are also delicious.

3. Put your favorite rice ball.

　There are 5 kinds of rice balls.

4. Put it in the bag and press the rice ball tightly.

5.Completed！！！

Easily eat two foods together.

Good taste！！！

ONISASA is very very very good.!!!

Restaurants / TOFU NO HIGA / とうふの比嘉

One house in the field,

「Tofu no Higa」 is a famous restaurant in Ishigaki Island.

 

 

 

 

It’s not normal Tofu.

We call “Yushi Tofu”

It is tofu before hardening.

But,There is no English menu.

SO・・・・

My recommendation is

OTOSHIYORI YUSHITOFU SET.

Usually, it’s not rice, but rice porridge.

We eat it in the morning.

Especially the next morning after drinking too much …(;´∀｀)

PIPACHI is a spice from the southern island.

TAMATORIZAKI TENNBOUDAI（Observatory）

This is GOOD place with beautiful scenery. ~たびらいより～

There are also dams on the southern island.

I didn’t know.

I was surprised.

 

SABICHI DOU / Limestone cave

This is the only place in Japan.

Go through the limestone cave and go to the sea.

However, the limestone cave is scary because there are no people.

There was no one other than us.

So I was very scared.

Go out to sea

There is  a beach.

At low water, you can walk to the power spot ahead.
